Always inquisitive and eager to learn, I am inspired by the worlds of art, architecture, design, food and photography. These interests give my work a much more robust look and feel. Whether I’m collaborating with clients on cookbooks, attending food expos, traveling to remote culinary hotspots, or plating the most delectable ensemble of food.
